Upcut Spirals are best suited for sizing, jointing, and dividing in hard plastics and aluminum for cutting of openings and contours and traveling plunge cuts using Z and X or Y axis. These spirals are solid carbide, and have an endmill end point type. They provide an excellent finish on the bottom of the material and a poor finish on the top of the material. High rates of feed and best quality thanks to helical geometry.
