The LEUCO Mosquito dowel bits provide chip-free drilling of dowel holes in solid woods and wood-based panels on CNC machining centers, automatic and portable boring machines. The tungsten carbide tipped drills are designed with a special cutting-edge geometry and two spurs with centering point to provide chip-free hole edges and safe drilling. The tool life is increased by up to six times compared to traditional dowel bits thanks to the wear-resistant carbide plunging tip.
