The LEUCO Mosquito bits provide chip-free drilling of through-holes in solid woods and wood-based panels on CNC machining centers, automatic and portable boring machines. These bits are designed with a solid carbide body and a special cutting-edge geometry and feature a boring part made from fine grain solid tungsten carbide. The solid carbide design brings high feed rates and edge life increases up to six times compared to traditional dowel bits.
